HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?
FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING within Australia only when you spend $150 or more in the one transaction.
WHEN WILL YOU SEND MY ORDER?
Order must be placed by midday to qualify for express delivery. Express shipping for metro areas will be delivered next day, regional areas delivered within 1-2 days.
Orders placed Friday to Sunday will be dispatched the next working day.

sixD takes payment via Paypal or Credit Card for all online purchases.
An order confirmation email will then be sent to you.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Unfortunately we do not currently offer a click and collect service.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently ship to all countries, excluding Africa, Brazil, Cuba, India, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Sudan or Ukraine.
CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?
Unfortunately, we are not able to make any changes once your order has been placed, nor can we cancel orders.
You can return your items once you have received your order, simply contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorisation number and the return address.
CAN MY PARCEL BE REDIRECTED?
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be there to receive the package or it is safe to leave unattended. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company affiliated with your order directly.
We provide a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can follow its journey right to your door.
Australia & NZ - Please allow up to 3 working days before querying your delivery status.
International - Although most orders arrive quicker, please allow up to 5 working days before querying your delivery status.
