HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING? FREE SHIPPING within Australia for ALL orders — NO minimum.
FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING to New Zealand for orders over $220 AUD.
WHEN WILL YOU SEND MY ORDER? All our pieces are individually handmade and packaged by us. They will be dispatched within 2–5 business days of receipt of order.
FORMS OF PAYMENT sixD takes payment via Paypal, Afterpay or Credit Card for all online purchases. An order confirmation email will then be sent to you.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER? Unfortunately we do not currently offer a click and collect service.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO? We currently ship to all countries, excluding Africa, Brazil, Cuba, India, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Sudan, USA or Ukraine.
CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE PLACED? Unfortunately, we are not able to make any changes once your order has been placed, nor can we cancel orders. You can return your items once received — contact us at hello@sixdthelabel.com for a Return Authorisation number and return address.
CAN MY PARCEL BE REDIRECTED? We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to receive the package or where it is safe to leave unattended. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company affiliated with your order directly.
TRACKING QUERIES We provide a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
