Sorry to hear this. Have you received the email we sent you last week explaining the situation?
Apparently there has been some confusion between Aus Post and Czech customs.
Last week Aus Post returned the package back to us saying that the Czech customs have refused to accept the item. Apparently they are very strict on the classes of goods that can enter the country. Aus Post suggested reclassifying the item, so we did that, and have reposted it. We have updated the new tracking number attached to your order. Again apologies for any distress or inconvenience that has been caused. If we find that Czech customs won’t accept the item then we will give you a full refund.
